OK, check this out, my neighbor right next to me (I live in a very quiet court) had called the city on me for having vehicles in my driveway (a motorhome and behind that a boat) and he claims it is an eyesore and is bringing down property values (his house is not up for sale).

The guy from code inforcement calls me (he was very cool) and tells me to just keep the driveway cleaned up and to move my scrap wood (kindeling) off the front of the house. No problem right?, well I did that, even sold my toy hauler a couple weeks ago, and have been parking my work truck down the street a ways, now this F-er calls in again only this time they (city) send me  letter of non-compliance.

So now I have to build a gate and kepp everything behind the fence because he does not like that I have a motorhome in my driveway (very nice one by the way).

So now I need to come up with ways to legally screw with this guy (BTW he has never once come to talk to me about this).

Here's what I have so far.....

Park the motorhome on the street right in front of his house and move it once a day. (legal)

Don't park any cars in my driveway so there is no parking left on the rest of the court, my other neighbors are doing the same (he's cool). Legal...

Mow my lawn twice a week but on Saturday at 7 AM (front) and Sunday at 9:50 PM (rear). Legal...

Start my work truck at 5:50 AM every morning and let it "warm up" and back up (has beeper) even if I don't have to. Legal...

I installed a set of stereo speakers in my rear yard and have it set to come on at 7 AM til 10PM every day (bluegrass mostly). Legal...

I went and bought fifteen pink flamingoes at Lowes, and installed them on his side of my yard. Legal...

Stereo..... Specifically lots of SUBWOOFERS 

2 strokes, dirt bikes, loud ass quads, and making alot of dust......

And of course open header V8's

 this guy has a store on e-bay  just search for gag mail. He has some funny stuff. The mail people talk so much crap to every one ( remember Cliff Claven from cheers) So many option he has thought of every thing  I've sent them to bosses, friends, and thay never know who it is unless you want them to. self satafaction for price of a postage stamp...

I have a neighbor that started a similar war with me.  I parked my boat (RV would be better and was next on my list to borrow my friends) in front of her house.  You don't have to move it every day, just within 72hrs or getting your tire chalk marked (at least in San Diego).  Eventualy the police did speak with me about it and said that I was in no way breaking the law and "it would be the nice neighbor thing to do" to move it.  It sits there to this day and i have not had it chalked for over a year.  I confronted her eventually and told her and her big ass son that this was a war they could not win and that I would have galdly put it in storage had they asked me rather than just calling the cops and trying to get my sh*t towed.  I added my daily driver car to the parking in front of her house now also.  My house is behind hers and I have off street parking, but my boat wont fit down the narrow driveway.  Good luck with whatever you decide.  It sucks having a neighbor as an enemy but WTF can you do sometimes

Document EVERTHING keep a log and take photos !! times dates ,events, comments ,witnesses (berbatum or as best you can) Then call you atty and request a letter to him alledging harasment , theres a point with everthing like this where things go beyond a simple compliant to what begins to take shape as an "assault" and no one should have to deal with it ,lifes too short  Keep the legal and moral high ground you'll look better in the end  Just my 02 Tom

not exactly legal cause you have to break into his cars but, get into them at night pour 2 boxes of rice crispies cereal down the a/c vents, clean up the dust it will make and any that you spill, sit back in the am and wait for him to turn on the a/c, i quarantee you will roll on the ground laughing when he gets bombarded with rice crispies, and he will be cleaning the car out for a month.    don't ask how i know

If you really want to have some fun, take off his valve stem caps, place a BB up in the cap and screw it back on, almost all the way, it'll cause a slow leak.  When he goes to the tire store, nothing's wrong with the tire, should drive him up the wall.  If you REALLY want to cause him some grief, 1 cup uncooked Minute Rice in his radiator, there isn't a water passage anywhere that won't get clogged................................ .............at least that's what I hear

My Pops use to "fling dog crap over the fence to see if he could make it into the neighbors fish pond when I was a kid , my brother once stuck an open can of cat tuna under  the office mngrs seat springs (in her demo) whew !! problem is she probably couldn't be sure exactly where the smell was from !! (biaotch), we had some "hick" neighbors that we used to swipe "notice to clean premises" signs and stick them in thier yard at nite 

Glenn you might want to research him  "in depth"  its very simple and who knows he might have things about him like this as a 'history" maybe hes a member of  "whatever"  or ......

The DICK thing, now that's both fun and imaginative , serious humor there...we did what my cousin calls "doggy nickles" to our high school principals car, basically you glove up and slice up Dog dookie in thin slices and simply drop them into the cowl vents, the only problem is they eventually stop stinking, the cheese though, that stuff stinks forever.....
