So i take my daughter to the skate park around the corner from my house every weekend. Well, she is tired of riding her razor (scooter) and now wants a board. I used to skate when i was young and thought it would be cool to ride in the bowls. any way i dont know shit about skate board any more :-[ hell when i was riding alva and dog town was the shit. now i dont know. any help on what kind of boards trucks, wheels and bearings we should get ??? i see know all the wheels are small compared to the old bones and sims shit i used to use.
any help in breaking our arms will be apreciated

I'm a big fan of Toy Machine, Santa Cruz, Foundation, Element to name a few. I'll look for a complete for her and send you a link, call me if you aren't busy.
Here's a good deal on a great starter set up, DON'T buy her a cheap piece of shit from Wal Mart! If she digs skating, she should have good stuff to skate with.

I just watched the Vans Pro Tec Pool Party, that pool owes me some skin, and a tooth. Hosoi is out of prison and skating again, Cab is old and fat but he was looking good, pretty cool to see old bastards like me still doing it.
ha ha, I've got a Sector 9 mini long board and a foundation long board sitting right here, and 2 generic decks with Indy's and spitfires in the garage. I'm going to skate "I-5" later today, it's a concrete ditch that runs under the highway, not real big, but it's real fun.

If you want a board for the little one to try out, and you don't (or she doesn't) mind a used one, she can have one of the ones in my garage, if she digs skating then you can buy her another one, if she doesn't dig it, you didn't spend any money. Let me know.
