I'm boycotting n-ASS-car :screwy:
I'm not a big fan to begin with but when the wimpering pussies start to invade my home page with little bitch ass stories of how much their pussies hurt, I want to vomit
If VAG-car never came back, i probably wouldnt even bat an eye.
And I thought baseball players were pussies :screwy:

didnt nascar just recently say anything goes recently? as in dirty racing is ok?
to me its all a ploy for ratings.
-
Ya you are right Brad, it is a play to get the ratings up, but Carl never did really admit to wrecking BK intentionaly, just wished he didnt flip over the way he did >:D, Hell quite a few drivers wanted to get EVEN with BK. Even the whiner Montoya said that a lot of drivers wanted to get even with him, and that someone finally did >:D >:D >:D >:D
-
wow finally a topic i can shed some light on
here it goes this Brad Keselowski is a little weezle...he is a rookie, and came up from nationwide racing series were in cup and nationwide has admitted he will wreck anyone that is going to get in his way...once again a rookie already talking smack...he has wrecked people and created rivalrys almost instantly...carl edwards, and denny hamlin he has messed with the most, and honestly he will probably get wrecked alot more...no one likes him at all just disrespectful...i dont blame carl for doing what he did at all...i would have done the same thing...sounds something similar to a long beach incident back in 2008....roost me roost me roost me...roost back situation
before i keep going and bore everyone watch this clip
[yt=425,350]<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/QX7RAvVhBJ0&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/QX7RAvVhBJ0&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>[/yt]
now brad you hit the nail on the head
nascar has told all the drivers lets kick it old school, and race em like we used to boys! and yes it is to attract ratings...if you watch nascar you wanna see the wrecks! cause it aint common to see someone get hurt at all....
you can watch video evidence all day about this kid, and he is a total tool...its gonna get bad and alot of people dont like him
[yt=425,350]<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/0er1_O5nX8Y&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/0er1_O5nX8Y&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>[/yt]
only thing that will take me away from watching nascar is if jimmy johnson keeps winning
-
It stopped being racing a long time ago. One example is the "Car of the Future" fandango. Didn't we already do that with IROC?
But back to this past weekend . . . what the hell is NASCAR thinking? Sure take off the gloves fellas, anything goes blah blah blah.
It is all fun and games until that car goes into the stands and people die.

racing on ass fault

I agree, Kinda, but look at the facts of this incident. Edwards hasn't been the extreme shining star he was supposed to be. Jimmie Johnson has that honor, like it or not, for this generation of drivers. Frustration is the natural result, and temper is the natural result from that. It is what it is. You don't see Earnhardt JR out there wrecking people because he ain't as good as the old man do ya? These guys, like Kobe, Tiger, Manning, et al, need to be above all that. Carl Edwards just signed his own death warrant with Nascar and many of his fans. He's like the 7th overall money earner among drivers and the poster child for Jack Rausch and Rausch Racing. THAT will probably end, this season, over this. He's gonna be racing sprint cars again for 1/1000th the money.
Given what it is, it adds to Nascar, to some degree, but I'm sorry. The rear view video of Edwards CLEARLY, and intentionally, turning right into Keselowski (Prick or not, he is another driver with another car out there) is grounds for at LEAST a 3 race suspension! I like the guy, but sorry, I'd ban him from the track for life, and let Nascar deal with the rest of the season............He coulda killed someone over his own silly frustrations....... Just my opinion, which is like a-holes......Personally, I'm dissapointed, I thought Edwards was above that.

If you look back at the videos of BK bumping those other cars you can see him clearly move his hands in the same manner when he spun Hamlin. He spins other people and this time he got spun. Until BK learns some respect there will be more tough lessons taught on the track. I remember being told in a sprint car that if I as a rookie got in the way of one of the big guys they'd put me on my head. They were serious and I hate to say it, but BK is going to wind up on his head a few more times unless he learns to be less blatant in his own aggressive driving. He may have natural talent, but respect is earned and he has done just the opposite. Lets just hope nobody gets hurt and sit back and wait. Sooner or later BK won't have a ride as his team won't be able to afford to replace the car week after week.

Potential for drivers and spectators to die
Millions of dollars at stake
Thousands of man hours to prep for race
The race is hundreds of miles and several hours long . . . .
And you guys think it is OK to purposely crash someone because he either doesn't "show respect" ? ? ?
Y'all are fucked up
-
This is how real men race. They brake check. They cross lines. They stay on the gas harder longer. They do what the can NOT to take out the other guy. And yes I know about Bubba landing on Ricky at another race. Nobody's fault when you run as fast as these guys do and your wheels are 20ft off the deck so save yer hate (if you follow MX you know what I'm talkin' bout).

THAAAAAAAAT's what I call racing John

Hey I wouldn't steer ya wrong Lil Buddy 8) Here is vid of what I was referring to above. Split second line changes, constant braking and accelerating while the tires shift every split second from hooked up to airborne, passing guys going 30% slower etc. My heart races just watching the video for the hundredth time. Watch the wheels dance, it is poetry in motion.
Sorry this stuff just gives me wood.

I hear ya John .
I dont dont know how these guys manage to squeeze their huge egos into these cars and still , with a straight face, have the balls to even remotely talk about spectator and driver saftety to the publics face.
I know the MX guys form of revenge was pass him and make him eat your roost.

Sounds to me like NASCAR is feeling the financial pinch and is willing to let spectator lives be put in danger by letting this guy continue with his poor sportsmanship driving just to keep attendance up.
I remember not to long ago people had there panty's in a bunch because officals were way to strict.
Now they are giving these guys some slack and (somebody quote this) NOW THEY ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEONE!

Wrecks happen in all forms of racing, some intensional, some not.
If Brad would have just spun and ended up down on the infield, people would have just called it a dirty move by Carl and let it go... But because the car took flight everyone is on the public safety (someone's gonna die) kick. I blame the POS rear wing for the car getting air.
In Nascars attempt to create a level playing field (Decals the only difference between brands :banghead: ) they have made racing so close and competitive that the chance of a serious wreck at any track is almost imminent.
Having played in the racing game before, I can see both sides of the issue with this one. Personally, I probably would have done the same thing as Edwards. I feel that if a rookie driver has to use force to get a position or make a showing (for the sponcers) he needs to be reminded that any one of the other drivers can take him out just as easy and that respect goes both ways.
-
I agree Cheif !
I think officials need to sideline hazardous drivers.
Until I see some real action taken on these drivers who go out and race with reckless abandon, you wont see me at the races catching car parts or debris.
Wrecks will happen REGARDLESS, but I know they wont do anything about it until some spectator is seriously hurt or worse.

I didn't race sprint cars more than one race, which is where i realized they were serious about the rough driving. I drove a F V car briefly while in Germany and open wheel drivers in Europe have a lot more respect for each other. NASCAR has always been a bunch of no class redneck bullies banging into each other on the track. Why should the public suddenly wake up and figure that out now? The rookie needs to be schooled... preferably by the officials, but definitely by someone. And if the only schooling he can learn from is the school of hard knocks then lets hope he learned a lot real quickly last weekend. And remember, if the team owner didn't condone this type behavior, neither driver would be attempting it. Maybe if the state police actually cited/arrested one of the drivers after one of these incidents then they would knock off the crap and just race.
As for the bike races, they don't have to crash into each other... the ground takes care of all the crashes a spectator could imagine and then some.

once again f nascar.... dirts for racing asphalt is for gettin there!
