Title: Chili Cook off

Alright kids here's the deal. I'm not much of a chili guy so I need a little help. The wife's work is having a chili cook off in a about week or so. Gimme your BEST chili recipe. Nothing too over complicated. Post em up. Now back to your regular scheduled programming.

"Driver" won't let me give up her recipe, but I'll give you a suggestion to get you started...

Cook up a pound of bacon, using very lean ground beef, brown your beef in the bacon grease.  When you add all your other ingredients add a few pieces of bacon broken up into smaller pieces.
