Title: Ribs
Post by: FordLover on June 22, 2010, 09:29:22 AM
Either doing ribs this weekend or next weekend(birthday party or 4 of July bbq).  Lets hear how you do them because I know EVERYONE has a different way of doing it.  My way is more on the quick side because I have the patience of a drunk monkey and cant do the slow cooking style.

If you don't have the patience to make good ribs then you shouldn't be making ribs. Good things come to those who wait, didn't you ever hear that?

I hear that from all my friends!  But if I can crank my ribs in a short amount of time that is still tender and taste good, then why not run with that? 8)

I guess if you don't know what you're missing then you're golden. I like to cook ribs low (250* MAX) and slow, leaves more time for beers.
