so me and the wife are in costco and we are looking for something to eat tonight and we decide to have shiskabobs (sp?) so i grab some tri-tip bellpeppers, mushrooms and onions. then im walking around thinking that dont sound rite, tri-tip for shiskabobs ??? so i call my bud luckystiff cause i know he is a culinary master. sure enough he tells me top sirloin. thanks for setting me straight skip cause they were to forking die for.

any body got any recipe's if we get enough maybe brad will give it a section. i love to cook just dont really know how

Smoked 2 tri-tips tonight.   Covered 'em in Cold Mtn. rub and garlic powder for several hours, then covered em with onions and into the smoker with hickory for 3 hours.    Tomorrow's lunch will be a balsamic salad with blue cheese bits and steak.   Now that's good eatin' my friends !
Not to step on any toes here but if you want some good recipes, the peeps over at RDP have gotcha covered.
