Title: Help identify this steer adapter

I want to replace this crappy Chinese chrome adapter ..... Any ideas of what brand it could be? It thin plastic /chrome with too tiny tits on the side that stops it from rotating

You're talking about the helm cover, correct? Where it looks like the chrome is peeling?
I've got a brand new billet cover if so. Will get a picture in the morning
