I think I want a new boat one that is done but I don't want to spend more than $5k

is a 78 southwind bubble deck a good boat? ? ?  ?   ?    ?      ?

Southwind made a good hull.  The rest is going to depend on how it has been used/abused since it was built.  And where the distributor is located  >:D
