Title: volvo penta jet diverter wtb

i have a larson flyer with a volvo jet drive. i am looking to buy a diverter for it ,does anyone know what diverters will work on this paticular drive.....

Call Tom @ Jet Boat Performance, if a diverter is made for a volvo, he can get it for you

I have only seen one of these jets up close, I want to say it is a Dominator pump, could be wrong though...

If Tom can't help you out lemmeknow, gotta a guy up north that can figure it out... ;)

is there any other way to get more bow lift with out the diverter?

You may be able to adjust your ride plate, but a diverter is going to give you the adjustability that your ride plate can't. The first thing to figure out is what kind of pump you've got there.

not sure about the pump, but from the bowl on it looks like standar berk/at/dom/aggressor stuff

A whole bunch of HP.....Good running 350 Chevy would do nicely   ;D

Not to mention it will bolt right in  ;)

ok here is what i have found out today, i made a phone call to volvo penta and inquierd about the jet drive, i was told that legend jet drives cast the pump for volvo in 1995. and that it uses the same nozzle as a berkley jet. so if anyone has a berkley jg jc or jb style diverter that they would like to sell please let me know..... thanx again for all the help

Your best bet is to try him after 10:30 Pacific Time, he's at the shop from then til about 7 or so in the evening.
