WANTED:  394 Oldsmobile blower manifold

I have a friend that wants to put a 6-71 on his Olds 394 in an early Stevens Flat bottom.  The boat has all Mickey Thompson mounts and hardware.  We know M/T made a blower manifold for the 394 but the only info I've been able to find is for the Weiand version.  Any info leading to the capture of one of these manifolds would be appreciated 

The Weiand part number is W0671  (C or 59).
