Is that one of those trailer cart things? Helps you move a trailer without hooking it up to a car/truck

Hey Ralph, I have a manual one and it works wonders! Don't get me wrong, an electric one would be awesome but I couldn't flip the bill on one of those babies, I recall them being like $700-1000. Is that what you're seeing out there?
I will say that the manual one moves my Hallett around just fine. One trick i've noticed too is that if you need to make a tight turn you should wet down the area so the dual axle trailer tires can slip around a bit more than if they were dry.
Good luck on your serach.

800lbs on a boat trailer? That seems really heavy. Yeah the manual one probably wouldn't cut it for that kind of weight.

Tongue weight should be around 10-15% of the total weight. :o

Ralph,
Gonna display my redneckness for ya here bro....I used to build them from old rototillers, I used turf tires and wheels from a riding mower in place of the tines.
You could literally remove the entire original wheel assembly from it and fashion a clutch.
I used them to launch small drift boats on the river..
I will see If I can scare up a picture... ;)
