Things I did today:
1. Cut my stringer support with a "U" look to it, glassed over the cut, painted the glass work.
2. Replaced the floor.
3. Strengthened the bulkhead and reglassed it.
4. Installed the battery mount, water fuel seperator, and fuel valve.
5. Ran the water and fuel lines.
6. Liquid Nails some seat supports in.
Things I still need to do.
1. Install the logs and snails (exhaust gaskets on order, coming in tomorrow afternoon).
2. Hook up the existing wiring to the engine.
3. Gas tanks need to be installed.
4. Exhaust outlets need to be repaired (missing flapper doors) and reinstalled.
5. Exhaust outlets are 3 1/2" and the snails outlets are 2 3/4" (find some 3 1/2" hose?).
6. The engine's aluminum needs to be cleaned and the engine needs a little bit of touch-up paint.
7. Install valve covers.
8. Check/replace cables.
9. Modify and strengthen the seats (wood is weak, longer engine than what it had in it before).
10. Shorten the rear seat cushions (about 3 inches).
11. Make gas tank covers.
12. Carpet (I bought the carpet today, enough for 2 boats probably
).
13. Install rub rail.
14. Paint touchups.
15. Jacuzzi WJ transom cover plugs (different than Bekeley's plugs).
16. Paint the trailer.
19. Pinstripe boat and trailer.
