Changing the oil

Wondering the best way to change the oil on my 89 pantera with a SBC. I tried using a mity vac thru the dipstick tube but no luck. I really dont wanna pull the engine....

I bought one of these from west marine , it worked well but cost $150. Still goes through dip stick tube.
