Good job Comp Jets. You were all crowd pleasers. for those wondering Mr. Bruce won the final on Sunday. But we did have great racing in both heats and final. For those not there in order to make it count as a national event they needed seven boats and got them. Ralph brought out his family boat(liberty) and with seating for four and water injected headers took a well deserved second in round two heat and I've rarely seen so much enthusiasm from a driver, grinning ear to ear. Harold took the lead on the last lap of the finals so it wasn't a cake walk for him by any means. Water conditions with all the boats looked like they could have had the professional surfing competition along the shore line concurent with Comp Jet but everyone kept the right side up. More details to follow I'm sure there will be pix posted. And if anyone wants to think that racing is boring have them ask about Sunday's K boat round one first turn near flip and crash avoidance manuvers were against all known laws of physics. No one hurt, in fact all boats returned to racing later. Awsome weekend!
