I heard something about someone being pitched out, climbing back in to the boat and finishing the race?  Now that's a story to tell.

Sunday races were good.  As cold and wet for us on the beach as it was on the water but CJ put on a great show.  With 9 signed up and 8 starting on Sun. even the announcer was impressed with the steady growth of the class. Many in all classes had problems I can't remember having seen so many windowed blocks at one race. Thrills and spills even in the little hydro class where one blew over as well as an SST45. and the one CJ spin that cartwheeled the driver (very impressive acrobatic routine, we on the beach gave him a 9.5 after we heard he was ok) PS Don't know who it was if someone could fill in the blanks please.

Glenn was implying (maybe he was misinformed) that you got pitched and climbed back into the boat to finish the face (same heat).....but the words spoken werent meant to be literal as you had jumped back into the boat after the crash to race another heat.

David (the guy who used to drive cj288 that passed away last year) ....he got pitched in burley, ID and tried to climb back into the boat before rescue got there. He got a real stern talk from the officials for attempting to do so because, as you know, if you get tossed its a mandatory basket ride.
