Now yer talkin!! what tranny is that, a 350? Does it shift on the fly? Does it shift hard, is it hard on the drive? I have a 'glide in my flatty and just use low for the no wake zone.

Hd T350 tranny is "special" built by Hughes trans in AZ (good folks) reverse shift pattern ,no converter(sprint car drive hub) full manual reverse pattern VB still has Low (1500 idle ,nice 5 zone cruise) shifts very hard (I'm afraid for my UW hardware sometimes) mean 2nd gear hole shot ... and yes I left park in it (anti theft and nice for prop changes) Thanks Tom

Havent even checked for park, just made sure i never put it there with the basicaly direct drive (no converter). Do you use reverse?

Yea, it's wierd. I forgot to shift comming out of the marina when i first got it,so I'm cruising along and thinkin, damn I thot this thing was faster'n this last time then bang..... second gear. So I gues that was the first time i shifted. I did it the other day on purpose. I did pull my foot out of it tho afraid to break something. Do you use reverse?

Reverse is The "shiznit" first time i used it I was completly stoked mine is so low geared it barely move so I not to concerned about swamping. reverse is very cool to have in the 5 zone ,anchoring ,docks etc ... Tom
