Daytona,
What kind of deal did you get on the color sand and buff. I'm getting a few dry spots, and was wondering if that would cure the problem or will I have to get a new clear coat applied. Not sure where you're located, but I'm in San Diego area. If anyone knows about how much I'd be looking at price-wise, or a good shop in this area, chime in!

This boat was a Freebee to me from a good family freind. It was sitting since about 1992 (the last tag on it) I brought it home, put a Carb, ignition switch and changed the oil and took her to the river last weekend. Everything works great she runs real strong except I need a steering cable the one that is in her is real stiff. So far the tally is up to $175.00 with registering her.. What do you guys think?
