Weve built this boat out of a rotting 95 Ultra hull we founds uncovered and rotting away in someones backyard. Motor was blown, jet was worn out, interior was destroyed from animals and the sun, and floors were broken and rotting away.
First step was sending it to west coast custom marine for new floors and interior which cost more than a few of my other jet boats cost. He was able to wetsand and buff out the original gelcoat to reveal a beautiful black boat with only a little of the hideous 90's colors.
Next I had GS marine build the 509" bbc short block for boost, put it in myself with new aluminum heads and a b&m supercharger with chiller, all water connections and and stainless steel lines from Teague.
Got a bone stock split bowl berkley and bolted in for the time being
Its a labor of love that we literally can say we built ourselves
Last step is to have the jet built to match the motor
