true, but SCJB isnt just all about the races....i want to do more lake/river outtings this summer.....and something maybe in january/feb at elsinore.....i know the guys on HB are doing something for the annual TPR memorial, but i dont want to crash their party. I might go out just to pay my respects.

actually, the lagoon is a joke.....100's of wave runners driven by inexperienced idiots. They rent them without giving any instruction.

they werent watching where they were going or obeying any common laws of the water...including the no wake zone....swamping boats.....we even bounced one off the bow of a boat at speed and they guy didnt even stop.

i tried to complain to the resort and they didnt care one bit. they caused more of a fuss over rivertard spraying down the bridge then waverunners acting like idiots.

staying at the hotel wasnt an issue since we tried to make it 'unofficial' so there was no one to blame/get a finger pointed if, or be held liable if something tragicly stoopid did happen.

martinez is south of blyth...i havent been there yet, but from what ive been told theres not many big boats or wakeboard boats since the waters are shallower down there. lots of jets.

oh okay so is it just part of the river then? not a separate lake? im usually on parker strip anyways, and over the past few years have learned the bottom of that 16 mile strip pretty damn well...i just cant wait to get my sled running again, its been to long.

You out of Havasu? Yea that would be cool. I've been going to Martinez since I was born, literally. Just got to know where the sandbars are, which I know pretty well. If a turn fin boat hit a sandbar it would hurt.

yep i'm in Havasu....was up in Ft. Mo today...funny I saw Eric's boat along side the road .... lol must have ran out of gas.....oh wait ... you have to have a motor to run out of gas....:-0
