1977 Eliminator Daycruiser
« on: September 10, 2013, 08:43:42 AM »
21ft Eliminator daycruiser with ford 460 and Berkeley 12jc-a jet pump. Motor runs great, just changed the spark plugs, wires, water hoses. I also had the Ford racing valve covers and long bolt exhaust logs polished. Fiberglass is in good condition with a few scratches. The interior is in decent shape, useable but might need to be changed out in the near future. Boat has new guages, steering cable and a pioneer deck with (4) 6x9's. The trailer works great. New tires, bearings, wiring and chains. Asking 4500obo or trade.

The frame is made to fit a  long body t bucket the motor is a V 8. Caddy  motor, first v8 production motor, and power glide trans (auto).
I got to hear the motor before he pulled it from the car and it had good oil psi.

The pic doesnt have all the parts that come with it. If it's somthing youre interested in Ill shoot a vid and send it over to you. Could throw in a little cash too maybe if the boat looks good too.

There is always a reason. We have a ton of awesome boats for sale in so cal right now and he is farrrrr from civilization. I'm sure the first person willing to take the drive/chance will bring it home. Just needs more pics to convince people.

I drove 200 miles for my CVX-23. It helped that it had a twin-turbo 400 SBC in it to entice me lol.

Yeah thats a good call jb...ill be lookin for a boat in 2016 towards the end of the season. And at that ill drive a good distance for a quality purchase. I bought an old 80 Scottsdale and went 2500 round trip to get it...my deal was, it had 70k and the papers to prove everything was original.  454, th400, 14 bolt rear and flawless red and white two tone paint. I loved that truck..id do it again if I could :)

A family friend of mine drove out to Powell to pick up his boat, worse part he blow a tire in the middle of no where (without a spare, because "it's heavy and causing me to worse mpg") on the way there so he lost a day fixing it. So he didn't even get to put it on the water. Haha

Not trying to throw anyone under the bus or hinder the guy from sellin it. Some people are up for a project. I was all about going and looking at it about 2 months ago, until I found out about the floor. Wanted something more water ready.
