I was planning on running11.5- 12 to 1 compression but you could tone that down with what ever heads you purchase of course.

Forged steel crank and I have to check the chamber that those pistons need i don't have the spec. sheet with me now. Clarkes Machine shop gave me the cc chamber I needed to get the high compression but I don't remember off the top of my head. I'm building a boat that this was going to go in but I ran into a couple snags so I won't be using it this year and I need a float to get me through the summer.

I haven't purchased a balancer because it is now internally balanced and my old balancer is for a stock bbc.

I should mention the rings were hand filed to match each cylinder exactly. This short block is legit. I don't want to let it go but I need a float and I think we can help each other out.
