Hell, if the stringers are good I'll buy it....gotta find someone to go check it out.  From the looks of thing, it sat on the bottom for a while.

Edit: I've got someone heading by to check it out .... beat on the stringers with a hammer and jump up and down on the floor.  If it passes those tests...I'm a head up and get it.
