Sanger V-drive Mini Cruiser

Yea, I know that this is a jet boat forum, but where better to find someone who wants to "graduate" into a "real" hot boat. Truthfully, although I've enjoyed running this boat for the past 4 years, I'm moving back to a jet. It's just easier for an old guy like me to maintain, and to trust with multiple drivers. The gel is a cream color with original orange/bronze/copper/gold trim and really looks good on the water, although there are some dings and scars from 35 years of use. It has a basically stock 454, turbo400 trans, casale v-drive, adjustable plates, and bimini top. The V&M tandem trailer is solid, but could use paint/makeover. I just spent $2K+ on a new "old school" interior by John Johnson who did many of the original Sangers, Fresnos, Tarvas, Belmonts, etc, when he was at Lee Wells Upholstery here in Fresno. The boat runs into the high 60s with a rock solid ride and is ready to go--I had it out at Shaver Lake this weekend looking for 76 Nordic. I'm sure that someone is looking for this classic Sanger Cruiser. $12,000.

Mark,

Your timing blows for me man  :sly: .....I have seen this boat up close and personal and she is really cool....I don't think it would take much to bring it up to showroom condition.

Wish I could muster the coin, that would look cool in my side yard......

Good luck with the sale. I have more pictures of it somewhere...

That's a good looking ride even now.   It must have been a real head turner back in the day.   Good luck with the sale.
