Selling tunnel hull Schiada with Twin Turbo 468ci motor. 1000+hp, Berkley pump maxed out by Greg Shoemaker. Originally a Teague motor.  email for more specs. $40,000.

I'm not so sure he's too far off . On the high side for sure , but ......

Anyone built a 1000 hp twin turbo motor lately . Not cheap I'd say and not to mention that they probably used the same hull as the V-drives so you absolulty will not find a better built hull . River tunnel's are harder to come by than the River cruiser . I have a better idea . Call Schiada and have them give you a price to replicate this rig . Can you say mortgage ? It's worth some money for sure but definalty not 40k . Top notch none the less .

It really doesn't matter at all what it costs to build a 1000 HP engine or what it costs to replicate this boat or any other used boat that's for sale. What matters is what price the market will bear for a used boat with whatever "option's" the boat that's for sale has. You can spend 100 million dollars to gold plate a toilet seat but when you're done that toilet seat is only worth what the buying market will pay for it.

Exactly...and in our "not a recession" economy, the market will not bear 40k for a boat like that unless he finds a rich sucker! But I agree that it is nice!

Schiada River Tunnel's are the one of the most bitchen boats on the water IMO ... I would say it is probably worth $30k easy if all new & fresh ... but $40k is a bit high.

You will not find a better river boat for all conditions ... period. If I had the cash, I'd have this bad boy.

Man, twin turbo too ...  :banghead:

Similar price on this one as the Schiada that belongs to the Major Brass family, the boat resides at the Aggressor shop. If anyone wants to check out a truly cool boat check out these Schiada's. Dave has one in his shop with his dual drive hanging off the back. Pretty slick setup.

That is one bad @ss boat. 40k does seem to be close to what these fetch all the time. Expecially the tunnel. I wonder if it has the Parquay (sp>?) floors and Berber carpet like most of them have. They are just sick! O0
