Holley? Can if a 4150, but not a 4160. Dunno with as cheap as carbs are out there that it's worth the hassle tho.

the trick years ago was to put a screw and nut to the linkage to force the secondaries open. youd end up with a flat spot because there is no accelorator pump for the secondaries. find a good use holley carb.

Yes, Bigg's Carbs does it all the time, they sell a bitchin' kit to do just what you're after...

Give them a call, I know a guy in Nor Cal that had his done, and he loves it.
