Very nice!   What impeller do you run and how many RPMs will it turn with that impeller?  Thanks.  BTW.  What is your top speed?

I am not to sure but I think it was a custom stainless cut impeller by JP marine.  I know he said it was ct for low end power on the take off.  My old 468 motor at WOT spun about 5500 and did about 65-68.

The new 496 stroker I dont have any real number yet because I have not opened her up all the way, still breaking her in. On the dyno she spun at 6500 but I put a 6000 plug in the MSD for now.  The plan is for 80mph for the new motor...so we will see ;D

Interested to know how the boat did with a droop.
My understanding was that those hulls dont like the thrust out that far.
Anywho...

My old set up was a stock nozzle and Berkley droop snoot and it ran smooth and strong.
We will see about the new place diverter nozzle and longer snoot on memorial weekend when are at Martinez
