My initial reaction after seeing your cam selection, everyone is right, there is no fracking way you are going to run that on 87 octane.
No matter, I will go through the motions with you. I'm not a Ford guy, so you are going to have to do all the leg work, getting all the measurements. Need the head CCs, head gasket CCs, deck height, pin height, bore, stroke, and rod length. Summitracing.com is good about providing head gasket crushed thickness and CC volume as well as piston information. Be advised that most head gaskets are not round, so it's difficult to calculate volume. You can find the CompCams Master Lobe Profile Catalog at

There are a number of online calculators, some of which are terrible. I prefer to calculate in Excel and to actually measure the volumes in CCs rather than using printed specs. Wallace Racing has some cool calculations if you want to play around (
