Just replace it, they're relatively cheap.

nice....thats basically wat i hav already tho..GT Jets i dont see the one u sent hav a reset button on it? so do i not need it the reset button or wat else can i use to replace the breaker? i cant seem to get juice to my ignition switch? maybe its wired wrong but i tried all diff kinda ways.

Your picture did not show a circuit breaker...

You will need to drill the rivets and replace the block, then replace the circuit breaker separately. The circuit breaker should pretty cheap too.

I have been using these guys on an aquarium job I am on right now, they seem on the up and up.

it's just one of those things you want to take your time doing. The cleaner the connections the better. Ran some new wire from the alternator and starter.....swapped out some other connectors....etc. It was exactly that.....a pain in the asterisk....but needed to be done.

oh yea its underneath all that gaggle of wires a lil white button....but for now i dont even care about that she fires up but i dont get juice to the whole block...meaning wen i turn key to aux position i dont get nathen....

.No.....sure didn't. I used my broken one to set up the new one. Would certainly be glad to post a picture tomorrow and give you a run down on how mine is set up if you think that well help you.

Ok so im closer i got juice to my key IGN or AUX side now.....i bought this cuz stock one was broke...were does this plug into on bus bar and were does the hot from ALT plug into???

Here's what mine looked like after I was done.
Top - rt to lft - Tach connection on distributor.....water temp.....oil temp (I believe)...3 items (positive on distributor.....elec choke, and main alternator wire)....Starter....the next two I meed a better pic angle but they are power.....one loops to the reset. The last one is ground.

Ill take another pic later today.
