So the bolts on my balancer came a little loose, and wallowed out 2 of the 3 holes for the pulley...how the heck am I going to get it off? The bolt holes are already 7/16....

Go to Auto-zone and borrow a claw type puller ;)

3 options:
1 - cheapest option, and easiest. Drill out the holes so you can re-tap them for 7/16-14 or 1/2-13 threads, drill out the holes in your crank pulley, and bolt it all back together with bigger bolts...then you don't have to change or pull the balancer. A tap and 3 bolts is cheaper than a balancer
2 - drill and tap the holes oversize as in option one, and use different bolts with your puller to get the balancer off.
3 - if it's an OE type balancer, there is 3 windows in it and the hub is only about 1/2" thick. You should be able to use 3/8 bolts and sneek your fingers through the windows in the balancer to get some nuts on the bolts...then use your puller like you normally would.
I like option one.

Option one would be mine however im already tapped at 7/16 x 14....dont have a 1/2 tap, and am not sure what size drill bit you use with 1/2...i was thinking option 3 with nuts on the back...i got a bazzilion 5/8 wrenches was thinking of cutting one up and making it so I can do the bolts on the back...ill figure it out this week...thanks guys

Option 4.....made some holes in balancer...i put the puller up to the balancer, and found there was enough meat to drill some new holes...being cast iron its relatively soft...anyway made the first hole...mounted puller center punched the other 2 holes and drilled and tapped them...off she came!

As you can see there is a smaller hole next to the larger 7/16 hole where the pulley would mount...i just used what I had, and there was no way I was gonna be able to squeeze a nut behind the balancer, but whatever its off now
