If you need any start or launch retard ability the MSD digital 6 is an option, it's also potted so its pretty water resistant unlike the 6 al ( ask me how I know )  Ha ha ha...
We have used one for several seasons now with no problems.

If all you need is a box with a limiter the 6 M2 L is probably easier to get a BBC head mount for.

I've gone through a couple of 6m-2 boxes over the years and 3 coils. I was having an unusual issue a while back and wanted to eliminate the ignition system. With so many pieces to the MSD I decided to pick up an HEI for testing. For the cost I thought it was worth the $375 to get this vs a stock HEI that I would never run. Once I ran it I liked it and haven't looked back. The guy who makes these was very helpful and I felt he really knew what he was talking about.
