I can't get more than 3 PSI out of my current fuel pump at idle. I would like to stay mechanical and keep it simple.

I was going to use the marine holley 110 pump. According to summit and jegs it's been discontinued. I've also checked DMP, CP performance, and eddie marine. I can't seem to find a fuel pump.

Does anyone know where I can find one? How big of an issue is the vent tube could I get away with a standard non marine pump? Any reccomendations?

I put a Clay Smith on mine after the rebuild and it sits at 5.5 psi and never moves.  Don't forget, you'll need a gage and a regulator.  Also, you may need an adapter plate for the bottom so you'll have better room for fuel lines runs.  http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=EDL%2D1797&N=700+0&autoview=sku

 I think the whole "Marine" issue falls under the enclosed engine compartments, which traps in fuel vapors...... If its an open compartment "ie" no cover. I think you can run whatever you want to on it. most jet boats i see are running Non marine "automotive Parts" Starter, Alternator, Fuel pump, Carb and so on.........
