people who have an attitude, will get a "attitude tickets."   like forkedup said, treat everyone as you would like to be treated.  btw, the regulator should fix the problem.  just run a gauge on the fuel rail, to get an accurate reading.  i have my gauge on the rail and it looks fine and i can clearly see it. 

Sorry guys, wasn't advocating that behaviour, It's just what I see other stores doing and other members of my own management team. They're afraid of confrontation. I, personally, always get taken care of pretty easily, and never have to resort to that. Half of what I said was tongue in cheek, there is a nice and polite way to bitch,
