It seems a common opinion is that those fake "fuel injected" scoops shoulnd't be used except for an anchor because they are "fake".

I'm wondering what is less "fake" on these trick bad asssed new modern fuel injection systems some guys are stuffing into the "fake" scoops. They aren't the real thing either so it must be about how much you spend on the "fake" set-up that makes it cool...    ... because I've only seen maybe 5 people on this board that actually have the "real thing".

I think it's complete crap and ball-less to trash other people's sh!t on the web.     I also think it's complete crap and ball-less to trash other peoples sh!t when you got the same thing sitting in your garage.

I think only cars should have velocity stacks, although flames shooting out of them do look really cool.

I don't know who actually made them but those old school Nicson ( ?? )  scoops are bitchin on the right boat. One problem with them is you can't run them on three dueces because most dueces are two barrels (duece = two) and have different air cleaner base diameter's.

marcsrollin hates  2 out of the 3 of my scoops/air cleaners.    The one posted above and the old school circle race boat scoop that I sold with a boat, regretted selling, and then paid a little too much for to get it back.     (i.e: "the scoop that needs a red flag on it's side and then needs to be mounted on a post", I can't stop laughing from that one!)
