I was hoping to get some opinions and thoughts on my current setup. I just purchased a set of holly 650 mechanical secondary carbs (4150s..list# 4777-2)

I pulled them apart to rebuild and inspect them. The power valves are blocked off and jets are squared up.  67 primary and secondaries. To me.. the secondaries seem like they will be too lean. I plan on putting it in the water to make some tests and read plugs. Until then, does this combo sound realistic?

Mallory dizzy 16 degrees initial and 38 degrees all in by 2500rpm.
