Go to :   www.aera.org     then click on Engine Professional Magazine....then click on Archives...then click on oct. nov 2010 issue...........

Keep in mind that the internal clearances need to be bigger in a boat engine: valve guides, ring end gaps, piston/wall, rods, and mains. Also make especially sure that the oil drainback holes are opened up and radiused. Deburring/polishing the valley and heads is preferred to painting them, it can't fall off! TIMINATOR
