May need to heat them up and a a big ass steel wedge. take your time try not to gull the sufaces. c.p. performance should have all the gaskets.

Jim Brock on this site sells custom made snail/log gaskets and are better than the standard green you'll find. I've removed several from the easiest to the worst... soak the studs and gasket with penetrating oil, then start tapping in the gasket with a steel spreader /gasket scraper. Once you have it in soak the studs from the inside. A bit of muscle with a pry bar back and forth either side and done. Be careful not to harm inside log flange.

Polishing isn't hard at all. Hell my 10 year old girl worked a 20 pound buffer for a few hours and polished both my logs and snails. It's just time consuming and very very dirty work. If you want to polish them youself hit me up and ill tell you where to buy and what and you'll probably be in 100-150 for all the stuff or drop em off at my place and ill do it for cheap or just hang out and ill show how and let you go at it

That's just it i don't have the time to sit and polish these things.... And was wanting to get them done so i can get out on the water .. If I attempted them myself would take me forever trying to make time in between things.... If you are willing to do them and make them shiiiiine....... what would you charge.... Pm me ..thanks bud....
