Do both fuel tanks feed the fuel pump at the same time? My right tank is down 1/2 to 3/4 and my right tank stayed full. I have a switch on my panel but I thought it was just to check quantity.

Typically a switch is to literally switch over to the other tank.  Mine is set up that way.  Easy way to check it is switch it over and run your boat and the full tank will probably go down. 😀

Drawing from both tanks at the same time is a PITA... You likely have a Pollak electric switching valve mounted on the transom. The switch will be a double pole double throw and one pole is used for the fuel gauge, (pink wire) and the other is for the fuel valve, power to the middle and the valve on one or the other... On is one side, off is the other....
