Fuel filler hose stuck

The 6" hose between the cap and the tank is seized and leaking. Anyone know of a good trick to get these out without blowing myself up?

Wire reinforced hose?

Do you have the deck fill loose from the deck?

Yeah it's wire reinforced and fills on both sides of the boat. I removed the seats to replace the floor and found one was leaking. It won't budge.

I removed the screws from the deck fills and it doesn't move.

I normally use penetrating oil with the straw and a long screw driver.

So push the end of the screwdriver between the tank and the hose and spray the penetrating oil in there. Let it sit. (Code for drink a beer)... You can squirt some on the top of the hose if you can get to it. I recommend doing that first so you can get the deck going out first.
