I am running a tunnel ram with 2 holleys and an aeromotive a2000 4 port regulator. Problem is that I have no fuel pressure ports. Can I just drill and tap one of the plugs that goes into my carb bowl?

It's not in the bowl, an inlet fitting can be screwed into either side of the bowl.  It appears that fuel pressure would be present at the plug?

-12 to your carbs? Damn. You want the pressure gauge after the regulator so you are properly setting it right? by your pix it looks like you're pushing like a -6 or -8...

-12 to the regulator, -6 to each bowl. I don't want some goofy ass fitting screwed onto my carb or regulator or I would have went the cookie cutter route with the union. I was wanting to do something different and it appears that it will work to me, If I can feed fuel from either side of the bowl then there is no reason that pressure should not be present at the blocked off inlet on the bowl if the other side is hooked to the regulator. Not sure why I even bothered asking!

I believe line pressure is what you want to read. Not pressure IN the bowl. Which is what you would be reading by putting a gauge where you want to. Your reading should be before it gets to the bowl but after the regulator. INLET PRESSURE. but what do I know. My .02 cents.
