These are all stock valve train components. The round thing that looks like a bearing is a valve rotator. You don't need them, but you will need to get spacers that are the same thickness, otherwise you won't have any spring pressure. Stock springs haven't got much pressure anyways, so if you change to a bigger cam, you should definitely get different springs to match the cam.
