Anyone have a trick up their sleeve?

In a header pipe we use a heat gun (like the ones for stripping paint) and put a wet rag inside the baffles, heat up the outside of the pipe and pull on the baffle, works 90% of the time...
Sometimes need some soft faced dead blow hammer action, use a towel over the hammer to keep from scratching the coating and hit it from the rear of the pipe.... ;)

Otherwise leave the bolts out and go boating, they will be gone when you get back home :banghead:

Hose them down with PB blaster (Amazing stuff). Leave it sit over night, beat around the header with a board( hit the board with a hammer while holding it on the header), then soak it down again. I had to do this over 5 days to get one of mine out of my Bassetts. Then when I held the header and smacked it down on a board on the garage floor, fell right out.
