Hey guys quick question.
I had to pull my intake manifold off the other day because I was shipped a victor series edelbrock manifold that was for a 4500 series carb and I have a 4150 setup so I had to take it off and return it but what im wondering is, what should I torque the bolts that hold the intake manifold to the head? I have a repair manual for an old chevy truck and it says something like 40 foot pounds but thats for the stock cast iron manifold and the new ones aluminum. I have a BBC enging in the boat with cast iron heads, but I still don't want to over torque the bolts.
What say you? lol
