I don't have any suggestions in your area but I'd try Fontana Radiator www.fontanaradiator.net.   I know they can build/rebuild aluminum motorcycle radiators and I've had good luck with their truck/motorhome radiator services.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I'm not familiar with your intercooler, but I know that Fluidyne offers various cores.  Maybe you could make one work.
