Ok guys so here is the deal, I want to hear and see what you guys think I should do for my build.
Parts I already have:
Dove-a heads, being ported by me w/ big valves
D1ve block-will machine when I get piston
Weiand t.r. for std heads, dual 660 center squirters done by f.c.e. with lots of mods and setup by a local guru.
Let's say I have a 5k budget for the major engine parts, what should I do? I want a strong fast motor, dont care about the pain in the Ass factor or a lot of effort to drive kind of stuff.,I have a pleasure ease of use boat. I want this boat to make good power and torque(700+HP and700+tq) with a broad curve.oh and on pump gas  

Haha ya, anyways I said major engine parts (rotating assembly, heads)

If I step up to alum heads they will be p-51s
