47/53?!?! What decade did you get you nitrous kit/tune-up from? A word of advice... Do not run that... Chances are pretty good that is a 1980(something) nos tuneup that pulls minimal timing and super low fuel pressure.
Personally... At least start squared up on the jetting (which will still be pretty damn rich) and 6psi flowing fuel pressure. More than likely you'll be about 5-10 jets bigger on the nitrous side when tuned up properly.
Bail the wot switch... Go with a button on the wheel... That way you can at least bump it to purge the fuel side since you are not running a bleed off line. Secondly... Mechanical pump for both, though I have done it, is really not the best way to get the job done... Unless you are running a pretty badass mechanical pump with large lines and going to two seperate regulators... And still only running a smaller nitrous tune... Like under 200.
