When you blow into the tank do you hear air or air bubbles through the gas? The pick uo tube may have broken off. Also you can try forcing air in the filler with the fuel line off and see if you get fuel through the hose. Just my thoughts of checking. Smarter reply im sure will come soon lol. Good luck

My buddy had the exact same issue a couple weekends ago, you could hear a lil air goin into the tank when blowin thru the line but only a lil dribble would come out when you fire up the pump, he tore the lines off and cleaned em up and got it good to go, ran bitchin all this past weekend.

If u switched to a new fuel filter did u know it was dirty?

Old tanks have tiny pickup tubes.  Some have small check valves.  Sometimes these cause issues.  And some boats u cant pull the pick up tube out without removing the tanks

My tanks were fiberglass and small chunks of the corroded resin would clog the pick up.

Also a loose fuel line will allow the pump to suck air, not fuel.  Make sure all the fittings on the fuel lines are good and tight.

And if the hose is old it could be spongy and collapse under pressure

You have to replace the pick up tube.

Most likely youll have to pull the tank to replace it unless you can go from the top of your tank without the hull in the way

Do you have a ball valve or anything to pull from only that tank.  Other than that cheap tank selector!

When u blow in do you hear bubbles as stated above?

Were the tanks cleaned?

Dumped out?
Vacuumed out?

Original pick up tubes?  New lines and filter wont do much if the tank (supply) is dirty itll just dirty up the other stuff

Imo your pick up is gone and you no longer have a straw if you will reaching the fuel in the tank. The tank may need to come all the way out as stated previously post some pics of your tanks and how they are held in. May be easy depending on how they are mounted
