Well over the long weekend I decided to finally pull the motor out of the boat and see what exactly went wrong with the motor. Turns out it spin the number 5 rod bearing and was ready to spin number 6. Sorry for the crappy cell pics, sun was going down quick. Bearing on the right was #5

Nope oil didn't foam. The motor was not up to temp. and I didn't mess with the water flow to offset the cold water from the river. It was a bunch of factors that contributed to the blow up, original motor, stock car pan, cold motor, and last but not least th eidiot behind the wheel. I also never lost oil pressure had a solid 50psi, wich is what that motor always ran. Esentially the motor was a time bomb, it had never been torn down before(those are factory ford bearings).
