I wonder, would an old electric fuel pump suck the oil out?

Yep, I just tried it with an old electric fuel pump sucking old oil out of and back into a bucket. I think it's more fun though just letting gravity take the oil out and drinking beer the whole time you're waiting. 

I get ALL my stuff from Mcmaster. The best place in the world. I wired my whole boat, aluminum tubing for tig welded pickup tubes, stainless nuts and bolts. The list is endless.

Ya it comes in handy. They sell everything. I can sit and flip through the catalog for days.

How did you get a catalog?  I can't find any place on their web site to order one.

HAHA. The jokes stop when you guys found out i had a catalog. They only give them to customers that have an account or employees. There really stingy on giving them out. I have my copy in a gun safe, buried in my backyard. Its almost like gold to some people.
