Olds 455 with Bassett headers??

I have hardin logs and just purchased a set of used Bassett headers. I plan on buying the transom plugs for the hull but noticed the logs have 2 locations for water and the headers only have one. What am I missing in border to install the bassets?

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
