Exactly right, from what i've learned from posts, and Tom (who still beleives I need to run one with the wild cam I have, and I agree). The T fitting for the headers has a ball and spring. Kindof a cheapie pressure valve. It's SUPPOSED to shut off water to the headers at low RPM and idle, say, under 1500 RPM. And Probably does, with a stock engine with no mods done. Add a hot, high lift, overlapping cam, and , well you should be able to surmise where the water is gonna go. And it ain't good.
Leave it be. Check out the routing as GT says, and verify it IS hooked up correctly.
